셈벗(SumPal)은 소규모 사업자의 회계 업무를 돕는 iPad 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.
1. 앱이 처리하는 정보
사용자가 직접 입력하거나 파일 가져오기, 영수증 스캔, 문서 작성 과정에서 제공한 정보를 처리합니다.
- 거래일, 거래처, 금액, 메모 등 거래내역
- 영수증 이미지 또는 PDF와 문자 인식(OCR) 결과
- 회사 정보, 로고, 직인, 서명, 입금 계좌 정보
- 직원 및 급여 정보
- 청구서와 견적서 정보
이 정보는 재무 기록 관리, 영수증 연결, 보고서 작성, 청구서·견적서·급여명세서 생성 등 사용자가 요청한 기능을 제공하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
2. 정보의 저장
- 모든 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 안에 저장됩니다.
- 사용자가 iCloud 동기화를 켜면, 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에서 Apple의 CloudKit 서비스를 통해 동기화될 수 있습니다.
- 개발자는 사용자의 데이터를 수집하는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 거래내역, 영수증, 청구서, 급여 정보 등에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 한국수출입은행 환율 API 인증키는 기기의 키체인에 저장됩니다.
3. 외부 서비스와의 통신
- 환율 조회: 사용자가 환율을 조회하면 조회 날짜와 통화 코드가 한국수출입은행 환율 API로 전송됩니다. 거래내역이나 개인 정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
- 광고: 앱은 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)으로 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 표시 과정에서 Google이 기기 식별 정보, 광고 상호작용 정보와 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 앱 안에서 입력한 거래내역 등 업무 데이터는 광고 서비스로 전달되지 않습니다.
- 구매: 광고 제거 등 앱 내 구매는 Apple의 결제 시스템으로 처리되며, 결제 정보는 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 파일 앱, iCloud Drive, 공유 기능, 내보내기 기능을 선택하는 경우 해당 서비스 제공자의 정책과 사용자의 선택에 따라 데이터가 저장되거나 공유될 수 있습니다.

5. 광고 개인정보 선택 변경
- 관련 법령에 따라 개인정보 선택이 필요한 지역에서는 앱의 설정 → 광고 → 광고 개인정보 선택 관리에서 Google 광고 동의 선택을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
- Apple의 추적 허용 여부는 iPad의 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 제거 상품을 구매하면 해당 상품의 설명에 명시된 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
6. 정보의 삭제
사용자는 앱 안에서 등록한 거래내역, 영수증, 회사 정보, 직원 정보, 청구서 정보를 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터도 삭제됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 사용한 경우 iCloud에 저장된 데이터는 사용자의 iCloud 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

이 방침은 앱 기능 변경, 법령 또는 앱스토어 심사 기준 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
SumPal is an iPad app that helps small business owners with bookkeeping. The app does not require registration or sign-in.
1. Information the app processes
The app processes information you enter yourself or provide through file import, receipt scanning and document creation.
- Transaction details such as date, counterparty, amount and memo
- Receipt images or PDFs and text recognition (OCR) results
- Company details, logo, seal, signature and bank account information
- Employee and payroll information
- Invoice and quotation information
This information is used only to provide the features you request, such as managing financial records, linking receipts, building reports, and generating invoices, quotations and pay slips.
2. Storage
- All data is stored on your device by default.
- If you enable iCloud sync, data may sync through your own iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service.
- The developer runs no server that collects your data and cannot access your transactions, receipts, invoices or payroll information.
- The Korea Eximbank exchange-rate API key is stored in the device Keychain.
3. Communication with external services
- Exchange rates: When you look up a rate, the date and currency code are sent to the Korea Eximbank exchange-rate API. No transactions or personal information are sent.
- Advertising: The app shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). During ad display, Google may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data and diagnostics, handled under Google's policies. Business data you enter in the app, such as transactions, is not passed to the advertising service.
- Purchases: In-app purchases such as ad removal are processed by Apple's payment system; payment information is not passed to the developer.
- If you choose the Files app, iCloud Drive, sharing or export features, data may be stored or shared according to that provider's policies and your choices.
4. Permissions

5. Changing ad privacy choices
- Where privacy choices are required by law, you can review or change your Google ad consent in the app under Settings → Ads → Manage ad privacy choices.
- You can change Apple's tracking permission anytime in iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- If you buy an ad-removal product, the ads stated in its description are no longer shown.
6. Deleting your information
You can edit or delete the transactions, receipts, company details, employee records and invoice information you added inside the app. Deleting the app removes the app data stored on the device. If you used iCloud sync, data stored in iCloud can be managed in your iCloud settings.
